I’m a 65 year old CEO from Rovaniemi, Finland, in a company called Dialogues & Design Ltd . Our company is producing unique solutions for customers. Solutions are based on dialogical approach.

Earlier I worked as a Principal in the Teacher Training School, University of Lapland. I have done my PhD in September 2023.

I’m interested in dialogical approach. Enough dialogues at the beginning provides good possibilities to make decisions people are committed to. Being present in co-operation and in dialogues requires listening skills, respecting the otherness and thinking together. We are all dialogical creatures since our birth. It is a good start. Sé tú!
